We offer three ways to enjoy Salonpreneur Magazine:
Single Print Edition – one-off purchase of a specific print issue.
Digital Subscription – four digital editions per year.
Print Subscription – four printed editions per year, posted to you.
Subscriptions
We publish 4 editions per year: January, April, July, and October.
Subscriptions run for 12 months and renew automatically unless cancelled.
We’ll email you before your renewal is processed.
Single Print Editions
Orders placed before the 20th of the month before release will receive the upcoming edition.
Orders placed on or after the 21st will receive the following edition.
If you want a current edition after the cut-off, email us immediately — once dispatched we can’t change it.
Payments
We use the same payment method you used when you signed up.
For single purchases, payment is taken at checkout.
If your subscription payment details change, please update us before your renewal date.
Renewals & Cancellations
Renewals happen around the 15th of the 11th month after your start date.
To cancel, email [email protected] at least 72 hours before your renewal date.
Single print edition purchases cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
Delivery
UK shipping is included in print subscriptions and single print edition prices.
International shipping is available at an extra cost — contact us for rates.
Digital editions are available worldwide.
Late or Failed Payments (Subscriptions)
We’ll retry your payment if it fails.
If payment isn’t made by the 20th of the month before your next edition, your subscription will be cancelled and you’ll need to sign up again.
Refunds & Replacements
Digital editions: Non-refundable once downloaded.
Print editions: No returns unless damaged in transit.
If your print edition arrives damaged, send us photos and we’ll send a replacement.
If your print edition doesn’t arrive within 10 days (UK) or the expected delivery time (overseas), get in touch.
